| Cartoons on the Bay celebrates its 20 year history. The cross-media animation and television for children festival, promoted by RAI and Rai Com, was held for the third consecutive year in Venice at the splendid seat of Palazzo Labia, from the 7th to the 9th of April, hosting the country of South Africa for that year's event. |
